Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced, passionate, and results-driven Senior Recruiter to join our fast-growing HR team. You will be at the heart of our talent acquisition strategy, owning the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to offer. Not only will you excel at meeting hiring targets, but you will also act as a subject matter expert, providing business units with talent market insights, optimizing recruitment processes, and contributing to our employer brand. You will focus on recruiting for critical and mid-to-senior level positions, playing a vital role in driving our company's growth and team development.
Key Responsibilities
Talent Sourcing & Selection:
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process: deeply understand hiring needs, develop sourcing strategies, post jobs, proactively source candidates through multiple channels, screen resumes, schedule interviews, conduct reference checks, negotiate offers, and manage onboarding.
- Utilize diverse sourcing methods (including but not limited to LinkedIn, social media, job boards, networking, and industry events) to build a high-quality talent pipeline.
- Lead behavioral and competency-based interviews to accurately assess candidates' skills, cultural fit, and potential.
Business Partnership & Consulting:
- Act as a strategic recruitment partner to business units, developing a deep understanding of their team dynamics, business goals, and talent requirements.
- Provide expert advice on market talent trends, salary benchmarks, and competitive intelligence to support hiring decisions and team planning.
- Guide and train hiring managers to improve the overall interviewing and recruitment capabilities of their teams.
Process Improvement & Employer Branding:
- Continuously optimize and standardize recruitment processes to enhance efficiency and candidate experience.
- Participate in planning and executing employer branding initiatives to elevate our company's appeal in the target talent market.
- Maintain and update Applicant Tracking System (ATS) data to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
Data Analysis & Reporting:
- Track, analyze, and report on key recruitment metrics (e.g., time-to-fill, offer acceptance rate, channel effectiveness, candidate satisfaction).
- Propose and drive improvements to recruitment strategies and processes based on data-driven insights.
Qualifications & Requirements
Essential:
- Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in Human Resources Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of full-cycle recruitment experience, including at least 2 years specializing in mid-to-senior level or complex role recruitment. Experience in internet, technology, finance, or other fast-paced industries is a plus.
- Proficiency in various recruitment channels and sourcing techniques, with a proven track record of direct sourcing and social media recruiting.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and influencing skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with employees at all levels.
- Strong interviewing and assessment skills, familiar with competency models and relevant assessment tools.
- Exceptional multitasking and time-management abilities, maintaining high efficiency and accuracy in a fast-paced environment.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
Preferred:
- Hands-on experience with mainstream ATS (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever, Breezy HR).
- Experience in talent pipelining or recruitment process optimization projects.
- Strong English communication skills (if required by business needs).
